Curriculum Overview
Start with a Diploma, End with a Degree. Loyalist has over 77 formal transfer agreements with universities across Canada and around the world. These agreements allow our students to transfer credits obtained at Loyalist College towards a degree.

Student Life
There are so many ways to get involved in college life. Campus Recreation programs are fun-oriented sports activities held in our gymnasium, outdoor sports courts and fitness center. The Outdoor Education Program offers week-end camping, canoeing, skiing and hiking trips. The International Centre organizes year-round activities and events for international students. Relax in the Student Centre which is equipped with televisions, pool tables and a video arcade. In the evening, it features prominent Canadian bands, comedy acts and theme nights for Canadian holidays.

Financial Aid
Each year, Loyalist College awards up to 10 scholarships ($1,000 CAD each) to international students. Selection is based on financial need and on prior academic achievement. Applications are available to registered students in good-standing at the commencement of the fall semester.
Housing
Loyalist College Residence
We have a total of five residences situated on campus in a wooded country setting, just minutes from downtown Belleville. Our suite-style residences have accommodations for 476 students.
Each residence is set up apartment-style with six individual bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a common living area. Each bedroom contains a twin captain's bed, study desk and chair, desk lamp, dresser, night table, bookshelf, and a cork board.
Common kitchen and dining areas are equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dining tables, chairs, two love seats and a coffee table.
Cable TV and computer internet services for use in your own room can be arranged through the local cable company or internet service provider (internet service only). Pay phones are available at the entrance of 3 buildings as well as two in the Residence commons building. Barrier-free apartments are available for students with physical disabilities, who require accessibility. Residence is happy to provide all non-smoking buildings to help support an active and healthy lifestyle.
